Subprocessors

Hirecruite uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist us in providing our services. A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Hirecruite who has or potentially will have access to or process personal data (which may include Customer Data). We maintain a rigorous selection process for our subprocessors, ensuring they provide a level of security and privacy protection that meets our standards and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.

These providers host our application, database, and media storage, forming the backbone of the Hirecruite platform.

These providers power our AI features, including interview evaluation, transcription, and multimodal analysis. Interview media and transcripts are transmitted to these providers for processing and are not used by them for model training.

These providers process billing, subscription, and payment data for recruiter accounts. Candidates never interact with these providers.

These providers are used to deliver essential communications and notifications to recruiters and candidates, including interview invitations.

All subprocessors listed above are located in the United States. For customers and candidates in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to lawfully transfer personal data outside those regions. Copies of these clauses are available on request.

We may update this list from time to time as our services evolve. When we engage a new subprocessor that will process Customer Data, we will update this page before the new subprocessor begins processing. Customers with an active Data Processing Addendum may subscribe to change notifications by emailing privacy@hirecruite.com. You may object to the addition of a new subprocessor in writing within 30 days of notification; if we cannot accommodate your objection, you may terminate your subscription for the affected service.

We enter into Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) with all subprocessors to ensure that they are contractually obligated to process data only in accordance with our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
