What if the AI misjudges a candidate?

Every score ships with a confidence number (0.0–1.0). When confidence is low, the system flags it for human review. You're never asked to trust a black-box rejection. We also detect critical failures safety misunderstandings, ethics violations, and experience fabrication and surface them separately from content scores.

How do you prevent bias?

Hirecruite scores against a structured rubric you define, not against a "good candidate" trained from old hires. Every question is the same for every candidate at the same level. We publish a fairness report per job position.

Will candidates think this is creepy?

Proctoring runs in the background, never blocks the interview, and is supplementary to the content score. Candidates know they're being recorded (consent flow). We don't share recordings with third parties.

How long does setup take?

Median time from signup to first candidate invite: under 5 minutes. Paste a JD, drop a résumé, send the link.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

How do credits work?

Extra interview credits are only consumed after your monthly plan quota is exhausted. They never expire. Minimum purchase is 10 credits ($20).

Every Hirecruite interview includes real AI evaluation, scoring, proctoring, and an explainable rubric — roughly $30–80 worth of human-recruiter review time per interview. Platforms that offer "unlimited" interviews are typically just hosting videos. We price per evaluated interview because that's what we actually do.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay via wire transfer.

Is there a limit on candidate data?

No, we store your candidate data and recordings for the duration of your subscription, subject to our data retention policy.
