Understanding the Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a high-level overview of active interviews, recent candidate submissions, and team activity. Use the filters to drill down into specific job roles.

The Interviews tab lists all active positions. Clicking an interview row shows individual candidate submissions, AI scores, and proctoring events. The Candidates tab lets you search across all submissions regardless of position.
