Creating Your First Interview

Click the "New Interview" button on your dashboard. Hirecruite creates structured async interviews by default. Set up your questions, configure proctoring settings, and generate a link to send to candidates.

You can choose from three interview modes: Text (written answers), Audio (spoken responses), or Video (full multimodal). The AI evaluates each mode using the appropriate scoring dimensions.
