Connection Problems
Our platform uses HTTPS and standard REST for all API calls—no WebRTC peer connections are needed for async interviews. If uploads are failing, check that your network allows outbound HTTPS to hirecruite.com and Cloudflare R2 endpoints.
Candidates on strict corporate VPNs should attempt the interview on a personal network or mobile hotspot.
